QA Analyst 3 [Data]

Location : Middleburg Heights (Hybrid - 4 days / week onsite after 3 month period of working 100% onsite)

Purpose :

We are looking for a Software Tester with strong experience in Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to join our growing this role you will ensure the accuracy reliability and performance of BI reports and data pipelines built on Power BI and Snowflake. You will play a critical part in delivering high-quality analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Validate BI Reports and Dashboards
• Test Power BI reports for data accuracy visual integrity and business logic.
• Ensure dashboards meet usability and performance standards.
• Data Quality & ETL Testing
• Verify data consistency between source systems Snowflake data warehouse and BI layers.
• Conduct regression testing on ETL processes and transformations.
• Develop Test Plans
• Create and execute detailed test cases for BI solutions.
• Document defects track resolutions and maintain audit-ready test evidence.
• Validate role-based access and security configurations in BI tools.
• Collaborate Across Teams
• Work closely with BI developers data engineers and business analysts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
