A well-established company in the power systems industry is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position is critical in supporting sales growth by nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with the outside sales team. The role involves promoting and selling a wide range of products and services, including batteries, DC power systems, chargers, and more.
Key Responsibilities : -Promote and sell a variety of products and services, prepare accurate quotes, and present them to customers.-Analyze customer specifications to develop customized solutions.-Maintain and manage customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry.-Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at both new and existing accounts.-Perform market research to uncover new prospects and business opportunities.-Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.-Maintain clear and positive communication with colleagues, customers, and : -2 to 4 years of relevant experience.-Basic knowledge of electrical systems and related industry practices.-Familiarity with lead-acid batteries and the reserve power market is preferred.-Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office tools.-Must possess a driving record that meets company and customer : -Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.-Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices, service centers, or client sites.
