The client Customer Care Representative serves as an advisor for our portfolio of Energy Conservation programs. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Learn our portfolio of Energy Conservation programs
Uncover customer needs and interests, help customers navigate through our portfolio of Energy Conservation programs to understand which may be most beneficial
Discuss eligibility requirements as defined in the terms and conditions
Partner with program teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
Route customers to the appropriate Energy Conservation program
Document customer interactions
Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS : Basic Qualifications :
High School Degree or Equivalent
Prior call center experience, prefer a minimum of 3 years prior experience in a call center environment
Working knowledge of call center practices and technology
Polished verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills, ability to quickly establish rapport with customers
