We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and creative individual to join our office as a Front Office Administrator & Content Coordinator.
Responsibilities include :
- Greeting clients and handling front desk duties with professionalism
- Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing office flow
- Creating engaging social media content (photos, videos, before & afters, reels, stories)
- Editing and posting content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Helping with marketing projects, promotions, and brand visibility
