Responsibilities :

• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and utilizing a systematic process.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
• Present and sell our products and services, utilizing marketing materials like SERVPRO Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to showcase benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis while monitoring and following up on all assigned jobs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies, including executing referral and client appreciation activities.
• Daily Route Preparations

Regular meeting attendance and continuing education with Manager.

Execute Contact Business Development Cycle, documenting progress and developing sales objectives.

Conduct Emergency Readiness Program (ERP) presentations, collect ERP data, and present programs to clients.

Coordinate continuing education events and marketing / entertainment events.
