SENIOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER One of our financial clients in NYC is seeking a senior-level IT Infrastructure Engineer working in a large-scale technology environment with platforms including Linux, AIX, and z / OS Mainframes. This position is senior-level to oversee the day-to-day operations of the team. The responsibilities will include the computer systems, subsystems, storage, and programming products. You must have 15+ years of experience in these environments and be able to work in the office in NYC 5 days per week. Ensure that the Mainframe team works together as a team and also within the enterprise to ensure that the systems remain available according to the SLA.

• Provide a leadership role in z / OS administration, performance management, hardware configuration, and implementation of mainframe technologies and DR solution for the agency.
• Oversee the daily operations and ensure that it is monitored and issues are escalated.
• Research and implement strategic solutions related to mainframe systems.
• Analyze performance and capacity data.
