About The Role

We’re hiring a Software Engineer to join our forward deployed engineering team and improve the way we develop and deliver our capabilities to customers from early-stage prototyping to packaged software deliverables. This team designs, implements, and supports internal tools that streamline engineering work for our platform and client engagements. As an engineer on this team, you’ll help build backend systems, support client-facing deployments, and enable smoother workflows for machine learning solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with peer engineers in your team to build well-architected, reliable, and user-friendly tools that streamline engineering work built for client-facing deployments. Here are some activities you will be expected to perform :

• Contribute to the development of reliable, scalable backend systems that power machine learning workflows, agentic tooling, and data pipelines
• Help manage and improve cloud infrastructure to support efficient model deployment and operational stability in real-world environments.
• Collaborate with teams within Invisible and our clients to to build tools for developer enablement
• Author documentation to ease onboarding and user-friendliness of the tools we provide
• Partner with customer engineering teams to drive adoption and support their usage of our tools.

Invisible is committed to fair and competitive pay, ensuring that compensation reflects both market conditions and the value each team member brings. Our salary structure accounts for regional differences in cost of living while maintaining internal equity.

For this position, the annual salary ranges by location are :

Salary Range

$170,000 - $220,000 USD

You can find more information about our geographic pay tiers  here . During the interview process, your Invisible Talent Acquisition Partner will confirm which tier applies to your location. For candidates outside the U.S., compensation is adjusted to reflect local market conditions and cost of living.

Bonuses and equity are included in offers above entry level. Final compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including location, job-related experience, skills, knowledge, internal pay equity, and overall market conditions.
