What Youll Do

• Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements using fund accounting
• Develop HOA board reports and support various ad hoc reporting needs
• Collaborate across departments to gather data enhance accuracy and streamline processes
• Manage GL coding set up new accounts reconcile accounts and support month-end close
• Maintain the general ledger including preparing and posting journal entries
• Complete bank reconciliations and various supporting schedules
• Handle payroll and other accruals as needed
• Support AR processes including invoicing and payment postings
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Assist with annual audits including research and document collection
• Support forecasting business reviews and proforma reporting
• Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and automation within accounting workflows
