Puffco is looking for a talented contract UI / UX Designer to support our team with several key projects, eg. page build and Shopify site conversion optimization.

Role Overview

As a Contract UX Designer at Puffco, you will shape how users engage with our products online, balancing aesthetics, usability, and performance to drive user satisfaction and business growth . You will collaborate with eCommerce, marketing, and development teams to create data-driven, conversion-optimized digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Page Building & Site Customization

• Build custom pages and simple modules from scratch in Shopify.
• Make design adjustments across the site, including promotional updates.
• Ensure brand consistency while adapting for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Work with developers to troubleshoot and implement design solutions efficiently.

Conversion Optimization & Visual Impact

User-Centered & Data-Driven Design

Design System & Development Collaboration

Requirements

This hybrid contractor role is based out of our Los Angeles HQ and requires in office work 2-3 days per week.

The compensation rate for this role is $45.00 / hr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA.
