ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is hybrid with 2-3 days / week out of the Houston, TX office for Summer 2025.
This position will serve as a member of the Corporate Development team which owns the M&A and Integration process for the entire Company. This individual will work directly with Corporate Strategy team, and Business Unit partners to complete strategic acquisitions & divestments. The Corporate Development group owns the M&A process and manages multiple acquisitions at any given time from inception through post-closing integration working with the Business Unit sponsor and managing multiple functions throughout the organization. As a member of the team, this individual will support all aspects of the M&A lifecycle.
This individual will be report to the Director of Corporate Development. The team reports to the Chief Growth Officer, who reports to the Chairman & CEO and is a member of the Executive Committee. Key responsibilities include providing a range of analytical analysis, financial modeling, M&A pipeline development and research, business diligence, integration planning / execution, and other general M&A activities.
Individual must have exceptional Excel & PowerPoint capabilities, strong financial modeling skills, be organized and be capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal and external resources.
