Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions tailored to the Travel and Hospitality industry. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive product success across its entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Champion customer-centric design, ensuring products meet real guest needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Oversee product reliability and maintenance, utilizing best practices to ensure software health, uptime, and long-term support.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery and ongoing optimization, aligning with business and operational goals.
Collaborate with technical teams and clients to support implementation, integration, and operationalization of software products.
Leverage industry expertise in Travel / Hospitality and deep knowledge of agile software development, platforms, and IT strategy to guide product direction.

Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven environment.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Experience working with or within the Travel and Hospitality sector.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and customer stakeholders.

Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
