Pay Range : $33 - $59 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver evidence-based, individualized care using the full nursing process
• Manage complex and high-acuity patients in ICU-level environments
• Administer medications, drips, infusions, and treatments safely and accurately
• Respond promptly to emergencies and clinical changes
• Educate and advocate for patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide adaptable support across different units based on staffing needs
