QEA (retail domain)

Deep expertise in retail domain testing (retail operations, supply chain, digital or merchandizing)

Hands-on experience with functional testing for retail systems (e.g., RMS, WMS, POS or AS / 400)

Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr)

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models

Ability to lead and execute testing strategies

Prior experience in gathering requirements and defining test scenarios directly with onsite client teams

Experience providing daily status updates and participating in client meetings / walkthroughs

Exposure to UAT testing with a focus on retail workflows

Familiarity with defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes

Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

Hands on Knowledge in testing retail applications for like RMS, WMS, POS, etc.

Prior experience in Workday or Lawson Finance or AS / 400 based systems
