5G RAN Systems Engineer

We are seeking a RAN Systems & RF Engineer with strong expertise in 4G, 5G, VoLTE, and Data Analytics to join our team. This role focuses on proactive network performance monitoring, root cause analysis, KPI optimization, and providing data-driven insights to enhance customer experience and network efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor VoLTE, 4G, and 5G KPIs to detect and resolve performance degradations.
• Perform root cause analysis on service-impacting parameters, alarms, and tickets.
• Optimize VoLTE KPIs including muting, dropped calls, and handover performance.
• Define measurement methodologies and performance targets for 4G / 5G KPIs & KQIs.
• Support tool development for analyzing structured and unstructured performance data.
• Apply Python / R and visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire) to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Track, interpret, and present operational metrics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate new software / product releases and 3rd-party solutions for performance.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
