Financial Analyst

VIVO Infusion is seeking a dynamic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights, directly influencing key business decisions. You'll build essential models, conduct in-depth analysis, and drive continuous process improvements, all while collaborating across diverse departments.

Our ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a passion for accuracy, strong Excel proficiency, and a keen eye for identifying solutions within large datasets. This is an exciting opportunity to stretch your skills and grow within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position is hybrid with the requirement of having some regular presence in the Lakewood, Colorado office.

Compensation : $60,000 - $75,000 / yr. base

    • Reports To : Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

    Location : Reporting to Vivo Infusion Corporate Office 3 days / week. (Hybrid | Tues-Thurs in office preference.)

    • Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Creates, maintains, and delivers analytical reports, including but not limited to financial analysis, variance analysis, proforma models, operational and statistical metrics, and financial statements to support timely decision-making.
  • Becomes an expert in financial data by analyzing results and identifying new reporting solutions.
  • Communicates financial results and analysis within finance and accounting team and across the organizations
  • Validates accuracy and transparency of department's deliverables.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.
  • Stretches current knowledge and skills by partnering with other departments to compile data for models and operational budgets, reports, and strategies.
  • Engages in a collaborative team and is comfortable working with stakeholders across the entire organization.

    • Secondary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Maximizes employee efficiency by leveraging technology to streamline and automate processes and reduce error rate.
  • Develops policies and procedures to document current and future processes.
  • Collaborates with various departments to understand needs and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Supports and executes special projects and other duties as assigned.

    • Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 1-2 years prior experience in Finance or Accounting preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements including but not limited to trend and variance analysis.
  • Highly competent in building simple and complex models for financial and business operations.
  • Strong excel skills at minimum : Logical Formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, and macros.
  • Comfort working with large data sets - Power BI and / or SQL experience a plus
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, including but not limited to the ability to set, track, and accomplish priorities and goals within the expected timetables.
  • Critical thinker who is motivated and able to develop creative solutions to complex, interpersonal, process, and systemic challenges
  • Must possess outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally and effectively with other staff members.

This role requires infrequent travel, local and domestic, less than 5% of the time. Travel is primarily by auto and plane.
