Program Manager

Job Description : XX $65 hr - $70 hr

Requirement / Must Have :

• Proven experience in Program Management of large IT programs.
• Strong technology background with a focus on custom applications.
• Ability to manage IT demand, work intake, and portfolio analysis.
• Experience managing both support and development projects within a banking environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Experience :

Experience managing teams of 100+ members.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the implementation of software maintenance and support solutions.

Ensure smooth transition of services to the program.

Conduct governance meetings with senior CIO stakeholders.

Lead quarterly business reviews with CIO-level leadership.
