The Company is seeking a Chief Finance and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join its esteemed institution. The CFOO will be a key leader, providing strategic oversight of the school's financial and operational functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing financial and capital strategies, overseeing all business office functions, and maintaining strong relationships with financial partners. Additionally, the CFOO will play a significant role in the school's strategic planning, risk management, and tuition strategy, while also being involved in the school's 300th-anniversary fundraising campaign.

Applicants for the CFOO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or CPA preferred) and 10-15 years' of senior-level experience in financial planning and management. While experience in an independent school is preferred, strong financial and leadership skills are essential. The role requires a proven track record in team management, organizational change, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have superb communication skills, experience in working with non-profit Boards, and a commitment to equitable and inclusive practices.
