Title : Strength & Conditioning Coach

Location : Fort Cavazos, TX

Major Responsibilities / Activities

• Develop and execute strength and conditioning programs.
• Observe, demonstrate, and correct Soldier's performance of training / exercise techniques and form.
• Coordinate scheduling of facilities for Government approved courses, training, and classes as applicable.
• Ensure safe and effective operation of equipment used within their work capacity which contributes to a safe working environment.
• Track and document Soldier / unit progression on a regular basis and recommend opportunities for H2F System improvement.
• Participate in program quality assurance of the training programs to ensure programs are aligned with industry standards and provide a report monthly.
• Participate in periodic meetings at the installation to provide a report on H2F System physical training program and recommendations / feedback on Soldier / unit progression.
• Travel may be required in order to support units at other installations.
• Other related duties / tasks as assigned.
