Become part of a well-staffed and supported team as the CrisisCare Center Overnight Supervisor. The Supervisor role is a full-time salary position with competitive pay. This supervisor role is responsible for ensuring all processes are adhered to during the overnight shift, supervising mental health technicians, and providing leadership oversight to all overnight departments to ensure positive staff interactions.

You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by an innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges.

Qualifications
Education
Required
Bachelors or better in Criminal Justice or related field.
Bachelors or better in Psychology or related field.
Bachelors or better in Social Work or related field.
Preferred
Masters or better in General Psychology or related field.
