Optum Consumer Experience and Digital Product focuses on delivering exceptional digital experiences and building capabilities that enhance consumer satisfaction, engagement and loyalty across various digital touchpoints. As senior product analyst, you will be responsible for doing analysis and working on solutions for our digital product portfolio. You will do work that supports the vision, roadmap, and execution of our digital products, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

This role requires solid analytical skills, a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. You will compile, prepare, analyze and interpret data across multiple sources to assist in identifying opportunities to improve websites and the customer experience, plus drive digital self-service efforts. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

• Data analysis and interpretation : Conduct complex data analyses to support business initiatives and inform decision-making processes.
• Consumer insights : Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improving products and services.
• Data management and quality : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
• Product strategic analysis for our digital product portfolio, aligning it with overall business goals and market opportunities.
• Roadmap planning : Support building and executing the product roadmap, developing requirements for features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
• Product development : Support the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Performance monitoring : Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital products, iterating based on data-driven insights.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
