Summary :
Provides technical support to vendors, end-users and other IT support groups. Serves as a project lead and trainer for staff. Manages assigned organization's construction projects from planning to completion for Information Technology Network, Server, Voice, Client, Clinical Engineering and Application Technology.
Responsibilities :
Performs audits of fixed assets.Troubleshoots and repairs customer-facing devices and applications.Authors policies and standards surrounding technical analysis.Installs and configures customer-facing devices and applications.
