Pay Range :   $80-$90 / visit based on years of experience.  $350 per evaluation

Looking for a physical therapist contractor willing to work in our outpatient pediatric therapy clinic.  This therapist will need to get credentialed with HSCSN (or already be).  Afternoon hours a few days a week are preferred.

Must be a licensed PT with 1+ year of experience in pediatric based therapy.
