Responsibilities :
- Consulting : You advise existing and potential customers in Bavaria and Austria with both technical and commercial expertisealways focusing on solutions rather than just products.
- Driving Growth : You actively develop new business, whether in services, engineering projects, or product sales, and play a key role in strengthening our market position.
- Collaborating : You work closely with internal teams such as Customer Service and Inside Sales to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.
- Taking Ownership : You assume full responsibility for your sales regionincluding revenue and marginparticularly in the areas of air filtration, engineering projects, and filterCair solutions.
- Negotiating : You confidently negotiate prices and delivery terms, always with an eye for sustainable and fair outcomes.
- Market Research : You conduct targeted market and competitor analyses to identify customer needs early on and further expand our market presence.
Qualifications :
Professional Experience : You bring relevant experience in technical salesideally in filtration, mechanical engineering, or a comparable industrial environment.Technical Understanding : You can read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
