As a Digital Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various digital platforms while adhering to strict confidentiality and data security protocols. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly impact our operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Enter and maintain data in digital systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy before inputting it into databases.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly.
  • Organize and categorize digital files for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve data management practices.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data entries as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the training of new team members in data entry protocols and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and entry.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Wilmington, North Carolina, US))
