About the Company :
Our client is a boutique private equity firm with over $50 million in AUM. They invest in companies globally across all industries and stages of development. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for firm-wide recruiting, benefits and compensation administration, employee relations and assessment, talent management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality talent
- Lead firm-wide human resources best practices compliant with all federal, state, city, and county specific requirements and applicable employment laws and regulations
- Design, execute, and optimize compensation and benefits programs and administration to maintain market competitiveness
- Support business leaders and department heads on human resources polices, procedures, and best practices
- Manage new employee onboarding, training, and orientation
- Lead and administer mid-year and year-end performance reviews
- Collaborate with General Counsel and manage employee legal contracts and administration
- Collaborate with department heads in maintaining firm ESG status and strategies
- Manage all recruiting agency relationships and serve as main point-of-contact
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required5-10 years of HR experienceKnowledge of human resources principles, employment laws, and best practicesExperience in developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiativesSubstantial knowledge of local, state, and federal employment guidelinesSalary Range : $100,000-$150,000
