Accounts Payable Specialist

Compensation :    $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

If so, and you are an experienced, energetic, and talented professional we would like you on our team!  We are seeking an experienced individual for an Accounts Payable Specialist role to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Summary

Responsible Accounts Payable function.

Duties

• Process electronic and hard copy submittals generated by site personnel
• Process timely and accurate payment of property expenses
• Assist in the oversight of property cash flow including required bank account transfers
• Reconcile bank statements
• Responsible for stale-dated check processing
• Process replacement reserve withdrawal requests
• Maintain electronic files
• Process monthly health insurance billings
• Assist business records maintenance
• Process monthly health insurance invoices
• Process property payroll reimbursements
• Assist with payable records management and filing
