Key Responsibilities Achieve net medical membership growth and profitability through effective service oversight and account management strategies Collaborate with Advocacy partners to enhance customer and client experience Develop and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with clients and consultants, leveraging company capabilities to differentiate from competitors Required Qualifications College degree or 5+ years of equivalent related experience 3+ years in healthcare / managed care business with knowledge in product, underwriting, risk analysis, and account management Demonstrated planning and organizational skills Ability to work independently and foster strong working relationships Active Health and Life Insurance License or ability to obtain it
