We’re looking for a CRM Systems & Engagement Manager to lead the development, administration, and optimization of our CRM platform. This is not your typical marketing role—it’s a technical and strategic position that supports operations, sales, and service delivery. You’ll be the go-to expert for CRM performance, user workflows, reporting tools, and internal team enablement.

This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Chief Integrations Officer , based out of our Davie, FL office with potential hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Platform Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our CRM.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, automations, workflows, and data integrity measures.
  • Train internal teams on CRM use and best practices.

Sales Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Support lead tracking, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Improve client communication workflows and internal processes.
  • Create custom reports to enhance visibility into projects and performance metrics.
  • Communication & Engagement Support

  • Coordinate internal updates and client-facing messages.
  • Develop templates and tools to help teams communicate consistently and effectively.
  • Manage external CRM vendor relationships as needed.
  • Data & Reporting

  • Generate regular CRM usage and performance reports.
  • Analyze data to highlight trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Qualifications : Required :

  • 3–5 years of experience managing or administering a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Ability to design and support CRM workflows, dashboards, reports, and training.
  • Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to data integrity.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in construction, mechanical services, or facilities management.
  • Familiarity with ERP / CRM integration (especially Viewpoint Vista).
  • Knowledge of CRM automation, lead lifecycle strategies, and user adoption.
