About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to take the reins of its full revenue engine, with a focus on redefining the morning ritual experience for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and will be at the forefront of the company's growth strategy, which includes acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and growth creative. This role demands a hands-on, strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling a DTC business, particularly in the $200M+ range, and a deep understanding of the growth ecosystem, from data-driven decision-making to creative testing and brand alignment.

As the VP of Growth, you will be expected to have a strong background in managing substantial paid media budgets, developing and executing performance strategies across various channels, and scaling spend efficiently. The role also requires expertise in creative strategy, analytics, and conversion rate optimization, with a focus on building and managing a portfolio of evergreen winning ads. The ideal candidate will be a builder at heart, with the ability to create and maintain growth operating systems, and will thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. Strong cross-functional communication skills, a high level of integrity, and a passion for the company's mission are essential.

Applicants for the VP of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in DTC growth, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role. A background in CPG or beverage experience is required, and experience with retail media and scaling subscription businesses is a bonus.
