Job Description

Develop and manage relationships with distribution partners and channel representatives to drive sales growth. Implement and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the industrial / manufacturing market. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic partnerships. Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners across key geographies. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to align with business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Train and support channel partners to maximize their performance and sales potential. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Channel Sales Manager should have : a strong understanding of the industrial / manufacturing industry and sales processes; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and distributors; exceptional communication and negotiation skills; a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets; analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities; experience with CRM software and sales tools.
