Hardware Lead / Architect Location : Irwindale, CA - day 1 onsite Key Skills : Hardware Engineer, PCB Layout, Schematics, Sensors, Board bring up, Flowmeter 10-15 years of overall experience . Should have worked offshore and experienced working with Offshore teams from Onsite At least 3 to 5 years of Onsite experience Strong technical and communication skills Worked on projects for Manufacturing / Industrial companies Active involvement in all phases of an embedded product development (Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, Prototyping, Documentation, Testing and Regulatory Certification test) Should be an expert in selecting components meeting cost, functionality, performance, regulatory and non-functional requirements. Independently develop micro-controller and micro-processor-based designs with peripherals such as Display, Audio, ADCs, DACs, storage, Ethernet PHYs, Wi-Fi etc Good understanding of Digital and Analog designs, hands on experience in developing schematics and performing PCB layout review using CAD tools Closely work with Cross functional teams such as Firmware, Software, Mechanical, PCB Layout Engineers etc during design, development and testing phases of the product.
