CNO Developer

Insight Global is actively hiring CNO Developers to design, develop, and maintain advanced capabilities for computer network operations supporting national security missions. This role involves working on low-level programming, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development in support of national security missions; developing and maintaining tools for network exploitation and data exfiltration; reverse engineering software and firmware to identify vulnerabilities; and conduct protocol analysis to develop network based capabilities. Minimum job requirements include :

• Active TS / SCI with polygraph clearance
• Bachelors degree and 3+ years experience in low-level programming languages (C, C++, Assembly) and experience in exploit development or vulnerability research
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Strong understanding of operating system internals (Windows, Linux)
• Familiarity with reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, Radare2 or similar
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.)
• Certifications such as OSCP, GREM, or GXPN are a plus, but not required

We are looking for candidates in the following locations : Fort Meade Maryland; San Antonio Texas; Colorado Springs, CO; or Wahiawa Hawaii. Insight Global expects to pay 170k - 275K depending on candidates experience, clearance level, and desired locations.
