Qualified Staffing is hiring 2 Eligibility Specialists for our client in Macon, Ga.

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $15 / hour

Open Positions available : 2

  • Please note this is a temporary position - assignment term is 6 months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct client interviews and assess both personal and financial information
  • Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Determine eligibility for public assistance programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and program-specific regulations
  • Maintain accurate case files and records
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support client needs

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university OR
  • High school diploma / GED and two (2) years of related work experience in :

    • Eligibility determination

  • Social services
  • Healthcare access
  • Administrative casework
  • Strong background in eligibility verification, income documentation review, or public benefits processing (e.g., Medicaid, SSI, housing programs)
  • Familiarity with databases such as eClinicalWorks, CAREWare, GAMMIS
