Home of 200+ attorneys and serving clients from 6 different office locations across California and New York, we are searching for a mid-level attorney with a background in  Employment Litigation  to join the team!

ABOUT THE ROLE :

The firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate (2-4 years of experience) for their San Francisco office. This is an exciting opportunity to create innovative, cost-effective solutions to the most complex problem facing employers in California and contribute to the reputation for market leading solutions.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 2-4 years of labor and employment law experience
• Strong employment litigation experience, including drafting initial pleadings, depositions, and substantive motive practice
• Employment advisory matters experience is preferred
• Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
• Active California Bar admission
• Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
