Sales Operations Specialist

The position of Sales Operations Specialist is crucial to the team's success. In this role, you will be a significant point of contact between the company and our vendors. You will be responsible for providing excellent support to the sales team while acting as a liaison between them and our vendors. Tasks include completing sales orders, invoicing, shipment tracking, handling of returns, reconciliation, AP / AR, among other duties. Experience working at a Value Added Reseller is a plus!

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High-level organization and time-management skills
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software
• The aptitude for learning new systems quickly
• Financial skills and background
• The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time.
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
