Contract Duration : 11 Weeks

Schedule : Thursdays Fridays Saturdays

Shifts : 6 : 00 AM 6 : 30 PM and 6 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Travel Rate : $1181.50 per week

Position Summary :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a short-term assignment in Rio Rancho NM . The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care in accordance with established standards assist with medication administration monitor patient health status and support the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities :

Conduct nursing assessments and deliver direct patient care per individualized plans.

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Monitor document and report patient condition changes to supervising staff.

Support patients with hygiene mobility and daily living activities.

Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and families.

Qualifications :

Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact state).

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

BLS certification required.

Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
