Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm in its search for a Senior Associate to join its Project Development & Finance Practice in Houston, New York, or San Diego .

Position : Associate - Finance - Project Development & Finance - Senior

Location : Houston, New York, San Diego

Compensation : Cravath Scale

Experience Level : Minimum of 4 years

About the Role :

The Project Development & Finance Practice group is seeking a highly qualified senior associate with at least 4 years of relevant experience . Ideal candidates will bring experience with project development and / or finance , preferably gained at a large national or international law firm . This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge transactions that shape global industries and infrastructure.

Key Qualifications :

• J.D. from a top-tier law school
• Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of the office of interest (or eligibility for admission)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project development and / or finance
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
