You will be awarded 17 days of PTO annually on January 1 of each year. Paid Holidays : CEC observes 11 holidays annually. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Five years’ experience in Energy Engineering (preferred). Proficiency in building energy codes and modelling tools (IESVE knowledge is a must). Strong communication and organizational skills. A willingness to learn new methods and industry standards.
Energy Engineer – $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience Performance Bonus and Commission – Spokane Valley, WA

Key Responsibilities :
- Attend site visits to collect data and validate analysis.
- Perform energy savings calculations and building energy modelling.
- Enhance energy calculation templates for improved efficiency.
- Develop project strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Assist in evaluating technical solutions for energy efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Support the sales team with technical insights.
- Prepare designs for energy efficiency and facility improvement measures.
- Assist in estimating utility rebates and preparing project scopes.
