Corporate Mining Senior Counsel

Our client, a prestigious Am 100 law firm, is currently seeking a Corporate Mining to join their team. This role requires a minimum of seven years of experience, ideally with a focus on advising mining clients through complex transactions and regulatory proceedings. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding academic credentials, be actively involved in the community, and have excellent interpersonal skills. They should also demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, deliver under pressure, and articulate clear legal strategies. Strong judgment and a proactive, dynamic approach are essential.
