Defense Engineer Opportunity

Actalent is hiring several engineers for a Defense company located around Syracuse, NY. Position offers full time benefits, pto, etc. This is an onsite job but the schedule is flexible. The site offers opportunities for professional growth through multiple programs and skill development. An active Secret Clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct all-source intelligence research and engineering analysis of electronic systems
  • Develop and maintain EW system models
  • Analyze radar, communications, navigation, and weapon systems
  • Support mission data generation and operational feedback resolution
  • Collaborate with DoD and IC partners on next-gen EW and IMD challenges

Qualifications :

  • Experience with EWIRDB and related military / intelligence databases
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar tools
  • Experience in radar or EW signal processing or antenna design
  • Military or IC experience

    • Additional "Nice to Haves" :

  • Simulation, simulation and modeling software, radar, antenna, system analysis, electronic warfare, naval systems, requirements analysis, navigation, engineering analysis, intelligence operations

    • Key Experience or Skills :

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $90.00 / hr.
