Communiboost  We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various events, ensuring that each one runs smoothly and meets our clients' expectations. This role requires excellent project management skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, including vendors, venues, and clients.

Salary Range : $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Location : Fayetteville, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
• Develop event marketing materials and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Oversee on-site event arrangements, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently.
