Job Summary and Qualifications

The Respiratory Clinical Operations Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with the health care team to ensure that both practice and professional standards are identified and maintained in the delivery of patient care, and that determined patient outcomes are achieved. In this role you will promote excellence in patient care, while supporting and facilitating professional growth and development, and upholding standards of professionalism. You will also coordinate staff and student clinical training needs; develop educational materials; conduct training sessions and orientation with staff; and evaluate the effectiveness of the training in support of Respiratory Care objectives in the appropriate areas of care as well as maintain records of performance and competency
