As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a professional environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Monitor access points and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to established procedures. Communicate clearly with team members, facility staff, and Allied Universal management as needed. Support site operations by remaining alert and attentive to the unique needs of a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
