Position Overview :

We're seeking a part-time, in office three days a week, high-performing Personal and Executive Assistant who is loyal and supportive to serve as the right hand to our ownership team and CFO, supporting the professional demands of leading a dynamic organization. This is a unique, high-impact role that blends executive-level administrative work with individual support and organizational coordination. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, strong analytical thinking, and a deep commitment to integrity and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Organizational Support

  • Perform a broad range of very sensitive, confidential, and proprietary administrative functions.
  • Coordinate family logistics, including personal travel, both domestic and international.
  • Manage and optimize the professional calendars of the owner and CFO, including meetings.
  • Perform general administration duties.
  • Responsible for planning functions, including but not limited to annual meetings, holiday celebrations, and specialized training
  • Awards and Tenure recognition planning and execution
  • Liaise with vendors and manage repair service scheduling.
  • Assists with personal items for the owner
  • Manage executive office space.
  • Interaction with all managerial and executive personnel as required.
  • Assists with communication with all third-party professional service providers
  • Special vendor relationship management
  • New store construction supports the team
  • Document creation and circulation– leases, notes
  • Document management storage

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in travel coordination for large groups both domestically and internationally.
  • High level Excel and Microsoft
  • Intense multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Professional communication and relationship management skills across all levels
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound decision-making
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information utilizing an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Perform administrative duties to include phone coverage, meeting coordination report preparation, presentations, composing correspondence for signature, etc.

  • Competitive salary based on experience - $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
  • Schedule :

    Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8 : 30 am – 5pm in office
