Position Overview :
We're seeking a part-time, in office three days a week, high-performing Personal and Executive Assistant who is loyal and supportive to serve as the right hand to our ownership team and CFO, supporting the professional demands of leading a dynamic organization. This is a unique, high-impact role that blends executive-level administrative work with individual support and organizational coordination. The ideal candidate brings exceptional organizational skills, emotional intelligence, strong analytical thinking, and a deep commitment to integrity and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Organizational Support
- Perform a broad range of very sensitive, confidential, and proprietary administrative functions.
- Coordinate family logistics, including personal travel, both domestic and international.
- Manage and optimize the professional calendars of the owner and CFO, including meetings.
- Perform general administration duties.
- Responsible for planning functions, including but not limited to annual meetings, holiday celebrations, and specialized training
- Awards and Tenure recognition planning and execution
- Liaise with vendors and manage repair service scheduling.
- Assists with personal items for the owner
- Manage executive office space.
- Interaction with all managerial and executive personnel as required.
- Assists with communication with all third-party professional service providers
- Special vendor relationship management
- New store construction supports the team
- Document creation and circulation– leases, notes
- Document management storage

Required Qualifications
Experience in travel coordination for large groups both domestically and internationally.High level Excel and MicrosoftIntense multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritizeProfessional communication and relationship management skills across all levelsHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and sound decision-makingStrong organizational and project management abilitiesAdminister and maintain highly confidential and specialized information utilizing an in-depth understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations.Perform administrative duties to include phone coverage, meeting coordination report preparation, presentations, composing correspondence for signature, etc.Preferred Traits

Competitive salary based on experience - $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearSchedule :
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8 : 30 am – 5pm in office
