job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollaborate across the Intelligence Community (IC) to validate requirements and develop actionable collection strategies. Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection operations and inform decision-making processes. Convert intelligence gaps into prioritized collection requirements and oversee tasking and monitoring execution. Develop assessments of current and future collection posture and provide input on ISR policy and doctrine. Ensure interoperability of intelligence systems and adherence to security protocols. Active TS / SCI with current CI Polygraph Education / Experience : Master’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 17 years of total experience. Must include relevant experience within the last 2 years. Completion of the USCENTCOM Collection Management Course and DIA CCMP-F certification (within one year of hire). Proficiency with collection management systems and data analysis tools; demonstrated leadership and mentorship at the senior level. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting USCENTCOM or other Combatant Commands. Comprehensive understanding of ISR operations, joint targeting, and multi-INT integration. Proven record of mentoring and developing junior collection management professionals. $105,000 – $110,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market data. - Tampa, FL | Type : Full-Time | Clearance : TS / SCI with CI Polygraph Overview DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior ISR Collection Manager to lead collection management operations in support of USCENTCOM intelligence requirements.
- This role provides critical mentorship to junior personnel and serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on ISR collection strategy, ensuring optimized intelligence support to operational and strategic decision-makers.
