Manage and screen all public and internal inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information or routing communications effectively.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness at the reception area.
Administrative Support :
Operate a multi-line telephone system to efficiently manage and route incoming calls.
Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence promptly.
Draft, proofread, and prepare a variety of high-quality documents, including correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations, for the Center Manager / Supervisor.
Establish and maintain an accurate and confidential filing and information retrieval system (both paper and digital).
Prepare and generate clerical records and reports utilizing various source materials and computer applications.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Skills :
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (must be able to create and manipulate spreadsheets, utilize formulas) and Word (creating professional letters, memos, and flyers).
Strong knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to problem-solve, plan, and organize a demanding workload effectively.
Personal Attributes :
Must be a proactive self-starter who can work independently and demonstrate a high degree of resourcefulness.
Ability to multitask and shift focus seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
