Mission
BPC Action, the organization's (c)(4) affiliate, seeks a Director to manage energy policy advocacy. The Director will work with BPC Action's Senior Director of Energy to develop and implement congressional advocacy on energy policy for BPC's energy team, provide political advice, and conduct outreach with Capitol Hill. Title and salary may be negotiated based on candidate experience.

BPC offers a highly competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $180,000 and generous benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement contributions, paid vacation, professional development funds, and more.
Work Schedule : Hybrid schedule—employees come into the office three times a week. Exact times and schedules determined with manager.
