Crew Chief - Property Restoration

Lead Mitigation Crew Chief

The Lead Mitigation Crew Chief oversees and performs water, fire, mold, and other property damage restoration projects. This position leads a field crew in performing mitigation services according to IICRC standards, company policies, and insurance requirements. The Crew Chief ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent communication with customers, team members, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Operations

• Supervise, train, and motivate technicians on-site during mitigation jobs.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all crew members follow IICRC standards and company protocols.
• Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and customer service.

Compensation : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
