Position Summary

Watchmaker is inviting applications for the full-time, remote position of Technical Marketing Manager, NGS. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and contribute directly to our company culture and success.

The position provides an opportunity to develop impactful marketing content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive brand visibility through strategic campaigns, product launches, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Simplify complex NGS technical concepts into clear and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Support the planning, production, and implementation of marketing activities per the strategic plan.
• Develop content for product launch and positioning, including brochures, web landing pages, and FAQs.
• Develop content for marketing needs, including long form articles, video scripts, infographics, advertisements, emails, newsletters, and application notes.
• Draft and edit press releases, blog, and social posts that raise brand awareness.
• Research and understand our target audience to produce compelling content, and work with cross-functional teams to align on messaging.
• Maintain a working understanding of Watchmaker's product offerings and stay current on applications relevant to Watchmaker's portfolio.
• Identify relevant industry events and trade shows that present opportunities for brand exposure, lead generation, and networking.
• Support tradeshow attendance by developing show strategy and executing on key deliverables, including the generation of presentations, landing pages, handouts, social, and outreach emails.

Compensation

The base compensation for the Technical Marketing Manager role starts at $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus + equity; actual pay will be adjusted based on skills and experience. Employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off, Holidays, employer covers 75% of base medical plan with buy-up options, EAP (employee assistance program), employer paid dental, employer paid vision, employer paid $25,000 life / AD&D policy, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% match.
