What You’ll Experience

Over the course of the program, you will rotate through three operational departments , spending approximately 5–6 months in each. Your rotations will be tailored to your career interests and the needs of the hotel, with potential assignments in :

  • Front Desk & Guest Services
  • Housekeeping
  • Food & Beverage Outlets (restaurants, in-room dining, banquets)
  • For example : You might begin in Housekeeping, rotate to Front Desk, and then move to Guest Services—each experience offering a unique perspective and set of leadership skills.

    During each rotation, you will :

  • Take on supervisory responsibilities within your assigned department.
  • Learn operational best practices, leadership principles, and guest service standards aligned with Fairmont’s luxury brand.
  • Gain a holistic understanding of how departments interconnect to create seamless guest experiences.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and mentors to support your growth and development.
  • Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Hospitality or Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for service.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to take on challenges in new environments.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
